It's certainly good to be back here at Olive Tree Hotel Penang. This is my 2nd visit to Sukkah to preview the scrumptious highlights for this coming Christmas and New Year dining. First glance and everything seems to be so appealing on the buffet spread. Though what was shown was just a mock set-up, a partial of what would be served on the dining day but it surely does get ones attention with delightful variations and decorations.
Any Christmas meal wouldn't be complete without the tender and juicy Roasted Turkey.
The dessert counter is just so welcoming. Everything looked so fabulously cute and adorable.

I was very fortunate because the peeps at Olive Tree surprised us with a nicely setup Christmas dining ambiance, delicious food and there was even a Christmas gift for me too. Yipeeeeee! oh and a jar of choco cookies. Nom nom nom
We started off with the Mushroom soup, it was pretty good. Nicely pep, with generous amount of mushrooms.
Next, we had all the carvings that was available. A plate of heavenly goodness.
I was told that it has been a tradition back at Olive Tree Hotel that all guest will receive a gift after their meal as a token of joy and love from the hotel. Awwwww.. that really nice.
The hotel will also welcome 2017 with a wide spread of western and fusion buffer with its New Year's Eve Dinner and New Year's Day Luncheon.
